We offer comprehensive services for the issuance of operating licenses for shops and businesses. We undertake the study, design and construction based on the needs of each business area.

Ensuring the environmental sustainability of the planet should be a priority in every human activity with the aim of the smallest to zero emission of pollutants. In this context, we undertake the energy study of building units for the issuance of P.E.A. (Energy Performance Certificate) as well as the compilation of a file for the inclusion of building units in subsidized programs I save.

We undertake the issuance of an Engineer's Certificate certifying that the property has been constructed in accordance with its Building Permit. In case of building violations (arbitrariness) we undertake their settlement based on the applicable law.
