 I SAVE PROGRAM

Επιδοτούμενο Πρόγραμμα Εξοικονομώ

Subsidized Save Program

The Ecogeonmo Program is a program funded by the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the European Union, which is recommended to provide incentives for interventions to save energy and strengthen energy autonomy in the domestic building sector, with the aim of reducing energy needs and the consumption of conventional fuels, in the context of the transfer to an "Energy House".

Therefore, owners of houses, blocks of flats and apartments of low energy class who meet the conditions and can join the program will receive significant financial help to plan the required works and thus, upgrade their property. In the long term, the benefits are just as important, because with the energy upgrade it is now necessary to spend less energy in order to achieve ideal living conditions inside the property, an element that gives more value in case of sale / rental.

Eligible residences that can join the program:

Eligible housing is the single-family house, the multi-family house as well as the individual apartment. It is pointed out that in no case are the properties of the building that are not used as a residence (e.g. a shop on the ground floor of a building) eligible.

A residence in order to be considered eligible must meet the following general conditions:

 - Legally exists.

 - It has not been deemed to be demolished.

 - Used as a main residence.

 - It has been classified based on the Energy Performance Certificate (PEA), which has been issued after the      26/11/2017 in a category below or equal to C.
